Over an extensive career Steve Brodie has built an enviable reputation in the industry for his commitment, personable approach and a desire for each new project to be the very best it can be.

Steve is an innovative, and technically accomplished Sound Engineer and Video Producer with over 20 years diverse experience working in broadcast, live events and installations. He is widely acknowledged for his outstanding technical knowledge and attention to detail resulting in selection for many high profile projects for leading broadcasters and corporate clients.

From his background as a sound specialist he moved into media, and specifically video, production some years ago and has developed a strong base of clients who value his ability to engage in their specialisms whilst providing an approachable, personal interface to the technical aspects of sound recording and design, video editing and film making.

Beyond having sound production credits for all the major U.K broadcasters, Steve has worked with a broad spectrum of corporate and public sector clients to produce video including Cambridge Assessment, Cambridge University Press, Carmarthenshire Local Authority, Suffolk County Council, Breaking New Ground Heritage Landscape Partnership, Catch Up (literacy and numeracy classroom interventions charity), Rising Stars UK (educational publishers), and Norfolk and Suffolk Wildlife Trusts.

Working with a network of long established colleagues, he assembles the best possible team for each of his projects.

John Mitchell
John has over 20 years experience in video production, both as an owner of a small production business and as a freelancer. He has produced, directed and edited corporate video productions for a variety of organisations and local authorities, including Xerox, The John Lewis Partnership, Pearson, PepsiCo and Buckinghamshire County Council. John is a very confident communicator and has experience working closely with Senior Management Teams (and their stakeholders), helping them to deliver their projects successfully and within budget, whether £5k or £75k.

Of course you’ve always been very hard working, always brought a care, attention to detail and fastidiousness that’s second to none. But in addition to those great attributes you’ve grown and adapted in these last few years. You’ve added to your skill level as a great producer, project manager, cameraman and all round creative. In doing so you increasingly bring an extra depth and understanding to shoots when it comes to thinking ahead and predetermining the best way forwards for the edit, whether or not you are involved... Your attitude and the way you’ve embraced change and championed new ways of working has a positivity that echoes with memories in my head of our shared mentor the late Mike Savage and I’m confident that he would be truly proud of you today!

Stephen created a wedding video for us. He worked tirelessly and quietly through the day to ensure that everything for the video was just perfect! Couldn't praise him highly enough! The result was a video that was not only wonderful, but was actually enhanced reality, as the music did not start soon enough as we walked out after the wedding ceremony , but was perfect in the video! So lovely to have all the key moments of the day as part of the video, from guests arriving to first dance. The sound editing and background for the video were perfect too.
